Performing as Indigo has made me bolder, more creative and more willing to take a risk. It is Indigo who led me into writing erotica and posting photos on my blog. She has brought me new sexual experiences (and a ridiculous amount of sex toys!) and led me into kink.

Today I was able to attend a Rope and Drawing session at Splinter in Melbourne. We were fortunate to have Rigger Extatis and Model Jarrod working for us. It was the first time I’ve had the opportunity to draw Shibari up close and personal and I had a brilliant day. My artists eye and my kink sensibilities both had a fabulous workout. While I was trying to work out how to draw a pose, I was also looking at the emotions, and positions and the rope placement thinking, OMG I have to do that to someone /experience that done to me – soon…
I haven’t encountered the me that’s alive and dripping with energy and eroticism for a long time, and certainly never in the form it’s currently manifesting. My creative collaboration with both my photographers is amazing, and life enhancing, but scary too. I’m already scrabbling, frightened, like a rat in a trap.
